we start
Inquiries regarding our retained executive search services
Generally we have an introductory conversation with you by telephone. Depending on the outcome of that discussion, an in person meeting is scheduled, usually at your company. It is helpful (but not absolutely necessary) to have at least preliminary thoughts on the following topics prior to an initial phone conversation with us:
A typical assignment will take 90 days from start date until a candidate has accepted an offer of employment. Our search
process is described in the "Search Process"
section of our web site. In order to get the best results from a search,
we suggest you read the article in the "Articles"
section of our web site entitled "Characteristics
of Successful Executive Search Projects".
